1. Introduction
Welcome to Invahost (“Invahost,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website (www.invahost.com) and any related services, including web hosting, reseller hosting and domain registration (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2. Services Offered
Invahost provides web hosting, WordPress hosting, reseller hosting, and domain registration and transfer services to individuals and businesses. The features and limits of each plan are described on its page and in your order.
3. Payment Terms
Services are billed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through our client area at my.invahost.com, in advance, for the billing cycle you choose (monthly, yearly or every three years). Invoices must be paid by the due date to avoid suspension of your services. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login details secure and maintaining your own backups of important data. You are also responsible for all content stored on or served from your hosting account.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use our Services for spam, phishing, malware, illegal content or any activity that infringes the rights of others. Accounts that abuse server resources or put other customers at risk may be limited or suspended without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All designs, text, logos and software on the Invahost website remain the property of Invahost unless otherwise stated. You retain ownership of the content and data you host with us.
7. Limitation of Liability
Invahost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of data, profit or business, arising from the use of our Services. Our uptime commitment excludes scheduled maintenance and events outside our reasonable control.
8. Termination of Services
You may cancel your services at any time from the client area. We may suspend or terminate services that violate these Terms or remain unpaid after the due date. Please review any refund terms that apply to your plan at the time of order.
